To All {HW}HALO
It has recently come to my attention that there have been
several questions about the membership application and dispute
process regarding {HW}HALO. Please read the following and I
will try to clear up some misconceptions:
Application Process-
All applications are processed and approved by the {HW}HALO Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is comprised of
the two founding members- {HW}Charlie and {HW}Keller as well as the treasurer {HW}Wezell. It is not enough to simply pay membership dues to {HW}HALO. We expect every member to
follow the code of conduct as outlined on our website. You must also show good sportsmanship, integrity, and support
for fellow clan members.
Membership is a privilege and can be revoked by the Board
of Directors at any time.
Disputes-
All disputes shall be filed through the grievance process on
the {HW}HALO website. Disputes will be settled by the {HW}HALO Board of Directors and all decisions are final with a majority vote of the board.
As of November 22 2006 all applications for membership will
be seen by all {HW}HALO members for feedback.
All member opinions or comments in regards to the application
or dispute process will be carefully considered and are
welcome. We encourage your participation in order to make
{HW}HALO the best. We all know that one bad apple can spell
disaster and our aim is to run the cleanest, meanest,
and best clan on halo.
